FIRST DAY - LUNCH / SYMPHONY OF LIGHTS / SOME SHOPPING
Yipee !!!! Finally we are on the way to Hong Kong ! Cheers !!!!

This is a 20-minute Symphony of Lights show, a spectacular display of laser beams bouncing off 33 key skyscrapers on both sides of the harbor. We enjoyed this show and proceeded to SOGO to buy a dress for my friend.

I doesn't have a very good impressions of Hong Kong in the past. I always thought the place was dirty and run-down. However when I stepped into Hong Kong, the city changes my mind. It is a unique city with some hints of nature, culture and fun ! The streets have a uniqueness which shows the city's vibrancy and life.
We visited this vegetarian stall for at least 2 times for some quick bites. They served realtively cheap bites which are yummy.
This dog captured our attention just outside the wholesale shopping center. He was very tame and wore a pair of sunglasses. The owner was very proud of him when we decided to take photoes with him. Howeve i find that the doggie was quite poor thing. I hope that he did not need to station there everyday and not moving a lot ...
SECOND DAY - OCEAN PARK / VICTORIA PEAK
Breakfast at a tea house before departing for Ocean Park on 2nd day. The tea-o they served are too strong for our liking. However it was a nice experience to taste a different style of breakfast.

This cable car ride is great ... we enjoyed this ride tremendously.
After Ocean Park, Huey Shan, Karen and myself have decided to go Victoria Peak to take a look. We alighted at the Terminal and walked about 15 minutes up the slope to Victoria Peak ticketing booth. The 3 of us were very thirsty and bought some isotonic waters to quench our thirst. It would be so nice if the weather was not that sunny. However that does not deter us from enjoying the great views up the hills. The tram ride was fun, it escalated nearly 45 degree up to the Victoria Peak. The views of the buildings outside were tilted 45 degree as well.
This is a non-functioning old tram placed at the peak for tourists like us to take some photoes with.
We bought a Adult Combo cum Skypass tickets which consisted of return tram ride, Sky Terrace and a visit to Mdm Tussauds. We stayed at the Sky Terrace from about 6pm to 7:30pm viewing the beautiful transformations of the city skylights. As the night fell, more and more people entered the Sky Terrace to view the spectacular night scene !

and yet another photo ... During this Hong Kong trip, only Huey Shan and myself brought a camera with us. It was during this time when suddenly my camera's battery gone flat and could not take any more photoes. Huey Shan gladly said that now we have to depend on her camera. Guess what, after a few more photoes in Mdm Tussauds, her camera's battery also depleted ...lol. We used handphone camera instead ... We also went into a haunted house ... we had a hell of a good time !!! My little "blind" mice, Huey Shan was walking around the haunted house not knowing where to turn .... and the "screaming" mice, Karen was screaming behind me .... lol.
THIRD DAY - NGONG PING 360
On the 3rd day, we proceeded to Ngong Ping 360. The cable car ride was fantastic. You can view the coastal landscape of Hong Kong and it got cooler when we reached higher peak. This cable car ride took about 25 minutes as it has a 5.7km bi-cable ropeway. It was a worth-while place to visit. At the ticketing booth, you can also book the afternoon meals at Ngong Ping Garden which we did. Surprisingly, the restaurant was very neat and the food tasted great. You must order the meal from the station before u went up the cable car. (They have Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian meals for you to choose)

In a dessert shop where the "Devils ranking" were identified among the 4 ladies. we had a lot of fun and teasings in this shop. In fact, throughout the Ngong Ping trip, we talked nonsensical topics all the way and it was indeed very memorable and relaxing !
The sky was really clear that day, we were able to see the Buddha statue very well. We decided to take a photo no matter what.
This photo was taken by Ngong Ping's camera placed at near the cable car terminal station down and up the hill. Edna missed 2 times of this camera shoot. Note her expression, she was busy looking out where the camera was...hee hee. Thanks to Karen, she bought the hardcopy photo and also paid a bit more for a softcopy to be emailed to her.
FOURTH DAY - DISNEYLAND
Sunny Bay MTR Station to take this unique Disneyland train. It's only 1 stop to Disneyland MTR station.
You will feel the instant Disneyland mood once you boarded the train !!!
The handrails are cute too ... anything round with 2 black ears are simply cutise !

Love this High School Musical show. The girls and boys are so energetic. How nice to be so young !!!! The music was great too, it really set you in the right mood ! Despite the scorching sun, we enjoyed this show tremendously !
We went to this bakery shop in Disneyland. The cakes looked very tempting. We decided to have a bite and drinks before we start our exploration ! We tried to cover the highlights especially the musicial shows, theatre ...
We explored quite a number of shops before we walked on ... then we spotted from far a pretty girl. She is Muland and we fastened our pace to take a photo with her.
It would be Halloween soon .. the Park was filled with bright orange pumpkins ..

Beautiful Fireworks !
We had dinner at Comet Cafe and to take this opportunity to rest our tired legs. Even though Hong Kong Disneyland is small compared to Japan or US, but for a one-day visit, it's still not enough to explore all rides or shows. we waited till about 7pm and proceeded to watched the spectacular fireworks show at Sleeping Beauty Castle. thanks to Huey Shan for accompanying a big kiddo like me to Disneyland ! We have dicussed and decided that we really had a lot of fun and entertainment during our 8 hours there !

FIFTH DAY - READY TO FLY BACK !!
Yummy yummy roasted duck and pork !!! A must-try ... we never had had enough of these. Huey Shan and Karen even walked and packeted back on our last day to eat in the hotel room before we departed for the airport !!! Also must try their tea-houses, desserts ... all so yummy lor. If you are on a diet, too bad lor !
This is the very famous "Lao Puo Bin" in Yuen Lang. My 2 room mates took 2 hours of MTR to and fro to get these mouth-watering Lao Puo Bin.
We were super-lucky .. just when we reach HK airport, there was announcement that HK is experiencing a 3 degree typhoon. Overal, this trip is super fun and I get to experience a number of wonderful places. The verdict is, next year, I might go back again ... hee hee. Espeically wanted to give sincere thanks to Huey Shan and Karen. It's extremely blessed to have you 2 as my room mates. I felt like a kiddo with 2 young mummies taking good care of me. Charging my handphone, camera battery, boiling water ... etc etc. Wow, what can I ask for ??? Remember my MOF treat hor ... give me a date !!!
