Don't we all FEAR Dentists when we were young!!! They seemed to us like stern-looking adults holding a dreadful looking "driller" which hurt our tooth more than trying to ease our pain! This scenario was in the 80's when dentistry was not that advanced.
Thank God that visitations to dental clinic now are not that painful anymore!
This is the second time that I am visiting Dr Koh to do a crown for my precious tooth which is going to cost me $900.00... Ouch! The good thing is that Dr Koh is pretty skillful and the clinic reception provides satisfactory customer service. I must say that it's very rare now that anyone will compliment our local service standard. Clap Clap .. (May,thanks for introducing this dentist and to all my helpful friends who had responded to my SOS SMS)
I still remembered during the first visit, Dr Koh cheekily told me that we could celebrate Birthdays together next time. It took me a few seconds to realize that his Birthday is the same as mine! What a small world!
Yes, that reminded me of how I got my terrible toothache. The pain was becoming more intense while I was in KL with CK and our Poly friends. It was so painful that I consulted a local dentist recommended by the hotel. Luckily the pain subsided and I was able to enjoy the trip more.
I must mention about the recent KL trip. It was an enjoyable trip especially with friends that are chirpy, fun and caring! We were very ambitious during a lively discussion which country we'll go for our 20 years of friendship! Somehow 5 years seems too far away, I think we should visit a near-by country annually!"Shark", our friend has been working in KL for almost 2 years, therefore we have officially appointed her as our KL Consultant. She has recommended some popular shopping centers to the dismay of CK but to the delight of all the ladies. (Yes, he's the thorn among the roses) Shark also brought us to local eateries to try out the authentic dishes. Can't wait for next year's travel plan ....
