So this was your little surprise on your Birthday, hope it was a pleasant surprise for you because surprises come in 2 forms ... like you always quoted.
Think kids might enjoy this strawberry cum Jello cake. The base is made of crushed Pretzels mixed with melted butter and sugar. Our Birthday does not really appreciate this type of Ah Moh cake. Hmmm. Maybe will bake a butter raisin cake in future.
Glutinous rice with mango ! Thai dessert ... saw this in a recipe and have decided to cook this. Think CK will like it ... yes, he did.
Microwave cum Baked chicken ... (after microwaving, just felt that they were not pretty enough, therefore baked it for another 10 minutes to get that brownish look)
There you are ! All for the Birthday boy to come back from work ! I took pm leave to do the food preparation.

CK got english name as Bobby huh? Didn't know that. So sweet and nice of you for the birthday surprise to him. I always think that gals are the one who put in much more effort when comes to birthday celebration for their partners.....
