Yes, we were staying in villas instead of hotels ! We stayed in Desa Muda village in Seminyak area which is about 20 minutes drive from airport.

Villa orientation time ! There are many small lanes in Bali. Every small lane will lead to amazing villas or houses ! Look at this narrow lane to our villa ! It just fitted this small bus to pass through. The Balinese driving skills are indeed admirable!
This was the first thing that caught my eyes in the lobby ! Each pretty tiny purple flower was painstakingly poked onto a toothpick to form this flower arrangement !
Just outside the lobby is a small swimming pool with dining table and chairs. Refreshing drinks were served to us to quench our thirst.

Yes, our two 3 room villas were side by side ! Hooray !
Villa's private pool and jacuzzi. Looks very inviting but the only users were the two boys and Min Min.

Breakfast in the main restaurant. You can order food into your villa if you want to.
Rather limited breakfast choices for Singaporeans but considered a lot more varieties than continental breakfasts we used to have in Europe tour.
Main villa pool but hardly seeing anyone using it. Guess it was because there's already private pools in individual villa.
