We were looking forward to this trip to the Island of God, Bali!
Finally we were on Jetstar flight to Bali and it only took us a couple of hours despite an hour of flight delay. JL, thanks for sharing us your "custom" joke.
We were pleasantly surprised to get such welcome in Bali with garlands made of frangipani and a bottle of mineral water shortly after checking out of airport ! This gesture of welcome truly lifed up the holiday spirits !
Our first group photo just outside airport taken by our friendly guide!!! That was pretty fast for a group photo upon arrival!
It was a relatively clean and comfortable bus, just for us ! The group looked satisfied, excited and happy !!!
Everyone looked so happy ! Why? It was pressie-giving time ! Did not managed to take a photo of the pressie but it was a photo frame which I gave to my mum.
Our first meal in Bali ... it wasn't fantastic but we were famished ! The avocado with gula-melaka tasted pretty good though.
We were seated into 2 tables. We have review from our friend's table that the chilli kangkong was the worst kangkong dishes they have ever tried. I tried it, I guess it was under-cooked and the chilli was spicy hot !
