Is it for real boh ?

Today was such a fruitful day. We met Sarah at Baywaters Tube and had a simple lunch. 3 bowls of white steam rice and 2 food dishes. We went to Marks and Spencer just to show Sarah that items sold here are so much cheaper than in Singapore!

We went to meet up with Florence and Daniel who just arrived in London in the evening at King Cross Street. They have taken up a Singapore Europe package with tour guide. I can't tell you how happy I am to see the couple! We have communicated earlier that we could not meet up definitely as we would have left for Singapore by then. Another ironical twist to a holiday plan.

After having Subway, we headed back to put own accomodation.
Hey, the news said that the Aviation space is re-opening tomorrow as the test flights have shown that the ash is not harmful to the engines! I remembered that the airlines have sent their flights for testing a few days ago and they were successful. Not too sure why they reopen ybs flights till now ? This was indeed good news. However, they are only opening the airport but passengers would still need to call their airlines for rebooking. It's all up to the airlines to schedule the flights.

CK is making phonecall to SQ now to check
on rebooking while I blogged this. It has been 30 minutes now and still no one answered.
We are hoping that we can reach Singapore soon safely soon.
